My fee charge for a marriage ceremony is $500 for 10 people or less and $1000 for over 10 people.

At the initial meeting a non refundable  of $50.00  booking fees will be charged so that the date for wedding is secured and no other wedding bookings will be undertaken. I like to provide and ensure my couples that date they booked the wedding with me is allocated ONLY for their special day. There will not be double or triple bookings of wedding for that particular day!

On average I spent a total of 15-20 hours of time in both developing and implementing of tasks on each ceremony.

This includes:

  • My initial consultations with the couples including the tasks of completing and lodging of the Notice of Intended of Marriage and or registering of all relevant statutory documentations and Initial stage of getting the draft wedding ceremony  organised.
  • My second meeting  consultation  to completing and lodging of the Form – 14 and or registering of all relevant statutory documentations
  • Pre-ceremony rehearsal  and finalisation if the wedding ceremony draft
  • Confirmation of wedding ceremony plans
  • My final meeting  with the couple to conduct the wedding ceremony and signing all relevant documentation and official introduction of the couple and presentation of the wedding certificates

Additional tasks completed behind the scene such as pre-ceremony follow-up calls visits and or emails regarding the ceremony and liaising with Government departments such as department of Immigration, Births, Deaths and Marriages.

  • preparing ceremonial certificates
  • travelling to the venue and conducting the ceremony  and arriving at the venue at least 40 minutes prior to the ceremony start-time to set up and liaise (as required)
  • preparation and posting of the “Marriage Momentum” booklet along with the seeking post-ceremony feedback.
